Welding and forming

The raw material adopts the national standard Q235B hot plate and mainly adopts the steel plate of bearing steel. Guaranteed the strength of each light pole. Each welding joint of the lamp pole has been finely processed, and we use the products of large manufacturers for welding wires and electrodes. Each weld should be polished to remove slag, and after several quality inspections to ensure that there is no lack of welding or missing welding, the next step can be processed.

Galvanized and polished

The anti-corrosion treatment of the light pole adopts the hot-dip galvanizing process, which is the same as the galvanizing process of the communication tower of the power tower. The anti-corrosion galvanized layer is greater than 80μm. An effective anti-corrosion galvanizing process guarantees each light pole 40 years. After galvanizing, the light pole is polished, and the meticulous polishing process can lay a solid foundation for the next step of spraying.

Anti-corrosion spray

The spraying process is the second step of the anti-corrosion process of the lamp pole. It can be sprayed according to the color required by the customer, such as blue, white, white and gray, etc. The plastic powder is all outdoor professional powder, and it will still look new outdoors for a long time.
