Yahua Lighting Delivers 275 Sets ABS Street Lights To The West Bank, Palestine

Sep 10, 2026

Yahua Lighting has delivered 275 sets of ABS solar street lights to the West Bank, Palestine, adding another reference project to its overseas portfolio in the Middle East.

The delivered lights cover a power range of 30W to 1000W, allowing one product family to serve everything from village roads and pedestrian paths to main roads and larger public areas. Each unit is equipped with a monocrystalline silicon solar panel and a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery - a combination chosen for efficient charging under strong solar irradiance and for long cycle life with stable output in high temperatures.

The lights operate on an intelligent control system with two core functions:

  • Motion sensing - brightness increases automatically when a person approaches and dims when they move away, with a sensing distance of 8–10 meters.
  • Dusk-to-dawn operation - the lights switch on at nightfall and off at sunrise, with no manual switching or grid connection required.
  • This dimming strategy keeps roads and pathways brightly lit when people are present while saving energy during quiet hours - extending battery autonomy and reducing the maintenance load for local operators.

With the 275 sets delivered, the project will improve night-time visibility and safety for residents and road users in the areas it serves.
