400 Sets Of Split Solar Street Light Systems Delivered Successfully

Recently, Yahua Lighting's 400 sets of split-type solar street light systems completed production, quality inspection, and packing, and are ready for shipment to Portugal for local road lighting projects.

The system is fully equipped, including LED street light heads, solar modules, and energy storage batteries, together with hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated poles, bracket arms, and dedicated battery cabinets. All metal components undergo a dual anti-corrosion process of hot-dip galvanizing plus electrostatic powder coating, which withstands the humid, salt-spray, and wide-temperature-swing coastal climate, extends the service life of poles and battery cabinets, and reduces later maintenance costs.

The split-type design places the battery in an independent protective cabinet for stronger heat dissipation and protection, making installation and battery replacement more convenient. The lamp head uses high-brightness LED light sources, storing solar energy by day and lighting automatically at night - no cabling required and zero electricity cost.

From welding and forming to coating curing, lamp aging tests, and complete-set verification, quality is strictly controlled throughout the entire process to ensure the products meet overseas engineering standards. This Portugal order is another achievement in our overseas market expansion. The products can be adapted to municipal roads, rural highways, and park lighting scenarios in multiple European countries.
