LED Street Light With Optional Photocell

Yes. It's optional. The street light can be equipped with an NTC thermistor integrated on the PCB and an LED driver with external temperature sensing and thermal foldback. The NTC thermistor connects to the driver's temperature-sensing circuit, allowing the driver to monitor the PCB temperature in real time. If the temperature exceeds the set threshold, the driver automatically reduces output power through smooth dimming to lower the LED chip temperature and help protect the chips from overheating. Output is automatically restored when the temperature returns to the normal range.

• Road type and lighting requirements: What type of road or area needs lighting? Do you have a target illuminance level (lux)?

There is no single wattage suitable for every road. LED street light wattage should be determined by the required lighting level and installation conditions rather than by road type alone.

 

The YHZ-HS Series offers 100W, 150W and 200W options. As general guidance for single-side pole arrangement: 100W for 6–8 m mounting height and ~6–9 m road width (secondary/access/residential roads); 150W for 8–10 m height and ~9–12 m width (secondary arterial/general urban roads); 200W for 10–12 m height and ~12–15 m width (main arterial/wide roads or higher-illuminance projects). These are reference values only; final selection shall be confirmed by DIALux simulation, project specifications and local standards.

Yes. Based on your drawings or samples, we can customize grid-powered LED street lights to match your requirements. Our OEM services can include custom brand logos, color-box packaging, product nameplates, and labels. In addition to the luminaires, we can supply complementary components such as hot-dip galvanized poles, mounting flanges, pole arms and brackets, and bolts and fasteners. The luminaire-to-pole interface can be checked against your drawings, with the luminaires and poles delivered in the same shipment. If your project requires changes to the luminaire housing or tooling, our technical team will first assess feasibility. We will then confirm the MOQ, costs, and lead time.

The standard MOQ for regular YHZ-HS Series models is 10 sets. Different MOQs may apply to customized colors, packaging, accessories, or structural modifications; please refer to the quotation for confirmation. Samples are available for testing luminous efficacy, waterproof performance, electrical performance, and on-site compatibility. Sample costs, shipping charges, and any sample-cost deduction from a bulk order will be confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. Our products have been exported to more than 80 countries and regions, including markets in Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Depending on the destination-country requirements, we can verify and provide relevant certificates or reports, including a CE Declaration of Conformity and corresponding test reports, EN 60598 and EN 62471 reports, and reports related to LVD, EMC, and RoHS. For the North American market, UL/cUL certification or FCC-related documentation may be available for certain models. We can also provide IP65 test reports, surge-protection test reports, and inspection reports for hot-dip galvanizing of lighting poles.
