The composition and working principle of solar street light
Solar street light is mainly composed of solar panel modules, intelligent controllers, battery packs, light sources, light poles, brackets, etc.
the light uses solar panels to convert solar radiation into electricity during the day, and then the intelligent controller stores the electricity in the battery. When night comes, the sunlight intensity gradually decreases, and when the intelligent controller detects that the light intensity decreases to a certain value, it controls the battery to provide power to the light source load, so that the light source will automatically light up when it is dark. The intelligent controller protects the battery from charging and discharging and controls the light source's opening and lighting time.
Foundation pouring
1. Establish the street light installation location: members of the street light installation construction team will determine the street light installation location based on the construction drawings and survey of the site geology, where there is no shade at the top of the street light, with the street light spacing of 40 meters as the benchmark value, otherwise the street light installation location should be replaced appropriately.
2. Excavation of street light pit: excavate the street light pit at the set street light installation location, if the surface of 1 meter of soil is soft, then we will deepen the depth of excavation. Confirm and protect other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) at the excavated location.
3. build a battery box in the dug pit to bury the battery. If the dug pit is not wide enough, we will continue to dig wider so that there will be enough space to accommodate the battery box.
4. Pouring street light foundation pre-buried parts: in the excavated 1-meter-deep pit, place our pre-welded pre-buried parts into the pit, and put one end of the steel wire tube into the middle of the pre-buried parts, and the other end into the buried battery. And keep the pre-buried parts, the foundation and the ground on the same level. Then use C20 concrete to pour and fix the pre-buried parts. During the pouring process, keep mixing well to ensure the compactness and solidity of the whole pre-buried parts.
5. After construction, timely clean up the residue on the positioning plate, and wait until the concrete is completely solidified (about 4 days, 3 days if the weather is good), before the installation.

Solar street light component installation _Solar panel installation
Put the solar panel onto the panel bracket and tighten it with screws to make it firm and reliable.
Connect the output line of the solar panel, pay attention to connecting the correct positive and negative poles of the panel, and tie the output line of the panel firmly with a tie.
After connecting the wires, tinned the panel junction to prevent the wires from oxidation. Then put the wired battery board to one side and wait for the threading.
LED lighting installation
Put the light wire out of the light arm, and leave a section of the light wire at one end of the installation head to install the light head.
Support the light pole, put the other end of the light wire through the hole reserved for the light pole, and put the light wire down to the top end of the pole. And install the light head at the other end of the light line.
Align the light arm with the screw hole on the pole, and then tighten the light arm with screws using a quick wrench. Visually inspect the light arm without a skew and then tighten the light arm.
Put the light wire through the top end of the pole and mark it well, then put the two wires together with the solar panel wire to the bottom end of the pole with a thin threading tube, and fix the solar panel on the pole. Check the screws are tightened after waiting for the crane to lift.
Light pole lifting
Be sure to check the fixed condition of each part before lifting the light pole, check whether there is any deviation between the lamp head and the battery panel, and make proper adjustments.
Put the rope on the lamp pole at the right position and lift the lamp slowly to avoid the crane wire rope from scratching the battery board.
When the light pole is lifted to the foundation directly above, slowly lower the light pole, while rotating the light pole, adjust the light head to face the road and the hole on the flange to align with the foot bolt.
After the flange falls on the foundation, put on the flat pad, spring pad, and nut in turn, and finally tighten the nut evenly with a wrench to fix the light pole.
Remove the lifting rope and check whether the light pole is tilted and whether the light pole is adjusted.
Battery and controller installation
Put the battery into the battery well, and use a thin wire to thread the battery line to the top of the roadbed.
According to technical requirements will be connected to the controller; first connected to the battery, then to the load, and then to the solar panel. Wiring operation must pay attention to the wiring of each road and the terminals marked on the controller can’t be connected to the wrong, positive and negative polarity can’t collide, can’t be connected to the reverse, otherwise, the controller will be damaged.
Debugging street lights work normally; set the mode of the controller, let the street lights light up, and see if there are any problems, if there is no problem set the light-up time, the light pole of the light cover is sealed.
Solar street light component adjustment and secondary embedment
1. After the light installation is completed, check the overall street light installation effect, for the standing light pole has a tilt, readjustment, and finally make the installed street light overall neat and tidy.
2. Check whether the sunrise angle of the battery panel has deviated, the sunrise direction of the battery panel needs to be adjusted to fully face south, and the specific direction of the compass shall prevail.
3. Stand in the middle of the road to check whether the light arm is skewed and the light head is proper. If the light arm or light head is not correct, you need to readjust.
4. When all the installed street lights are adjusted neatly and uniformly, the lamp arm and lamp head are not skewed after the second pre-buried pole base. Use cement to build the base of the pole into a small square, so that the solar light is more solid and reliable.
