The size of the photovoltaic panel is directly related to the charging capacity. The size of the photovoltaic panel refers to the power of the photovoltaic panel. It is equal to the efficiency of the photovoltaic panel multiplied by the area of the photovoltaic panel, that is, the size of the photovoltaic panel is only on the one hand, it is meaningless that the efficiency is not high, or the silicon wafer has dead chips. The current photovoltaic panel efficiency in the market ranges from 120W to 180W/square. Some manufacturers use the B-type silicon wafer package, which is inefficient. The board looks large, but the actual output is not high.
2.Battery storage capacity
The only indicator of power storage capacity is the battery. This is the most important element in the industry. Because the appearance is the same, the capacity is completely different. Most simple consumers can't test the battery capacity at all. As for the battery that the solar lamps currently use, the factors is roughly divided into the following points:
(1)The actual capacity of the capacitor. Maybe the batteries you see, such as the 32650 logo, are all 5AH section, but from the results of the market spot check, the actual capacity ranges from 3AH to 5AH. The effect of the theoretical design, this is why many lights do not turn on after two or three hours of light, or the reason why they are fully charged after three or four hours of charging.
(2)The internal resistance of the resistor. The solar cell is a battery pack composed of multiple cells, and the resistors are usually formed in parallel. At this time, if the internal resistance between the cells is different, it will form an internal circulation and consume Capacity, on the one hand, will lead to insufficient output, which will seriously affect the life of the battery. In other words, even the best battery, if it is not strictly divided and assembled, it will also become the result of "too many cooks in the kitchen".
(3)Battery protection. In order to save costs, many solar lamps batteries are not equipped with a protection board to protect the charging and discharging, which is extremely easy to overcharge or overdischarge, and finally the battery crashed and cannot work. This is why many lights An important reason why it won’t charge for a long time.
3. Waterproof structure technology of lamps and lanterns
After all, solar lamps are an outdoor lamp. In the sun and rain environment, the waterproof and moisture-proof technology of the lamps is very important. As far as the current manufacturers of solar lamps are concerned, they are uneven, and many factories do not have the production experience of outdoor lamps. , Production and production capacity. If waterproofing is not done well, water will easily enter when it rains, which will cause the components inside to break, and more importantly, moisture-proof. Many manufacturers do not care. You must be aware that components will rust in a humid environment. Or outdoor mosquitoes enter the hands, secrete substances inside, directly corrode the control board or PCB, etc., and eventually cause the lamps to not work normally.
